At Heavenlight Reiki, my purpose is to be a source of light, offering solace guidance, and healing to those navigating life's challenges and seeking a path to wholeness.

My passion lies in facilitating healing and balance while teaching my clients how to claim their power in regard to their health and functionality. 

I always urge my clients to go deeper, to avoid taking a symptom at face value. The symptom has a cause. a deeper root issue that needs to be addressed.

I believe in a holistic approach to health - wellness: from nutrition + hydration to bodywork & energy work.

My approach to bodywork is equal parts methodical, anatomical, & energetic. Listening to the client and truly hearing what their needs are in the realm of body + energy work is vital- from aromatherapy to style of technique to pounds of pressure used. While working I tune into and listen to the energy of the client in order to provide the best possible outcome for the body's conscious and subconscious needs
